We built a fashion brand's Shopify store from scratch and have kept developing it as their single point of contact for two years.

One team to run everything from design and payments to invoicing and ads, and to keep up with needs that change with every drop.
(what we did)
We designed the store and set up its product structure, then integrated iyzico payments and Turkish e-invoicing end to end. Together with the brand's ad team we set up Meta ads. We built a custom discount system for campaigns. In the newest drop pages, the discount steps up as visitors add more pieces to their look. Every custom request from the brand goes through the same team.
